Christmas

Here are a few pictures from our Christmas in Montana

Ben in front of his Dad's plane. Getting ready for a ride.

The Girl's Christmas dresses from Grandma and Grandpa. Everyone got a good kick out of it.

Kaden, Ben's nephew, that looks like a little mini double.

McKay and Kaden LOVED the dogs.

Hiding from Santa

A little nervous about taking off in the plane.

McKay and Ben with the girls

Miley slept like this to and from Montana. The entire time! Crazy dog.

My first time snowboarding. I fell and hurt my neck and back pretty badly. The instructor is helping off the snow. Luckily, Uncle Scott was there to help me ease some pain and gave me a quick adjustment. It hurt like crazy, but I am positive it helped.

Can you find me on the ground?

We had a wonderful time and miss our family already. I will blog a little more about events, when I feel a little better.

Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving was so great. My Mom and Dad, sister Melissa and husband Kirk came all the way from Oregon to spend it with us! They also went to see Savior of the World, which was very special for me.

LeAnne and Jason were gracious enough to host all of us at their house for the weekend. They really are the best! We love you guys! Here's some pictures from the weekend...

Ella loved the dogs. She walk around saying "My..." for Miley. Very cute!

They boys playing football. It was quite funny because it was a sunny day, but cold. All the Utah boys (i.e. Jason, John and Ben) had shirts on. Kirk came out to play, beanie, coat and all. We love our Oregon family! :)

Isn't this girl just the cutest! We sure do love her a whole lot!

Mama and LeAnne cooking dinner. OH MY was it amazing!

Ella giving loves to her Grandpa!

Jason cutting the Turkey like a Pro!

Ella and her mama. Oh my goodness, is a dog that close to LeAnne? Impossible.

Ella "playing" with Miley. We had to tell her to "be soft" a couple of times and this is the look we would get back. "Who me?"

I think there is someone hiding down there...

Come out or I'm gonna get you out!

Being nice with Uncle Ben and Miley.

I don't know.

What is this you may ask? This is the surest sign that I have a new book. Yes, the line on my hand from holding a book. Right now I am reading the new Gereld Lund book: The Undaunted.

I'll let you know what I think when I'm done. I haven't enjoyed a book since... Well, the Hunger Games Sequel. :(

Thanksgiving pictures to come.

Fun Friend Night

So, Ben and I decided that we wanted to have friends over and play games on Sat night. We invited some of the funnest, greatest people we know and had a blast. Love to you all!

Andrew and Luke. Luke was perfectly content to watch Monsters Inc on our iMac while we played upstairs. He is seriously the chillest child ever! We love him!

The boys (minus Andrew who was downstairs with Luke)
L to R: Pierce Thiot, Ben, Richard Hyde, Jeremy Koontz and Matt Apken

Rachel Koontz, Kim Hyde and Stacy Thiot

Kim and Stacy with Danielle Apken

Me and Kristi. Love this girl!

We had so much fun. Thanks to every one who came. You guys are the best friends we could ever ask for!

DOGGIES

Yes, we don't have children, and Yes, I know we need to. It's when we take pictures of our dogs playing in the leaves, that this become painfully clear to me. But hey, we were excited to see how they'd do.

The Great Dissapointment... aka BYU Football

Ben got awesome tickets from his work to go to the game against TCU. We had a pretty good idea that we were going to lose, but had no idea it was going to be THAT badly. However, the Legacy seats that we sad it made up for the bad game. We got mini coolers with blue kettle corn and water in it, and also coupons for free drinks and cougar tails! The seats were the fourth row on the 40 yard line! AMAZING!! Here are some pictures. It had poured the whole day, but let up for the game.

Happy Anniversary

Ben and I always celebrate our first date on Homecoming weekend. This is because, although the date isn't the same, our first date was the homecoming game. Every year we have gone to the game, and this year, we went to a dinner and show at BYU with some friends. Thanks Brynn and Stacy for the awesome idea!
